developer that concentrate on providing our residential and commercial customers with
high quality, safe, and reliable solar photovoltaic systems. We are to spread solar power
all across America's rooftops, ground mount and BIPV/BAPV. Safety and quality are

feasibility studies, development, engineering, financing, installation, delivery, ongoing
monitoring and maintenance. SunShine Green Energy stands with our partners and

solar energy to the best of their financial benefits. SSGE residential customers can
install solar systems with as low as $0 up front cost. Commercial customers will obtain
highest returns through tax benefits. SRECs and savings on electricity bills. Non-profit
organizations can get solar systems through Power Purchase Agreements or Solar
Leasing programs.
SSGE is a New Jersey based green energy developer which is funded by Shanghai
Power Institute Electric Power & Electron Industry Co., Ltd. (SPIEPEI) SPIEPEI is
specialized in power distribution under both high voltage and low voltage in eastern
China. SPIEPEI has completed over 800 power distribution projects since its founding in
May, 1994. SPIEPEI is Fully equipped with construction facility and devices, assured by
rigorous quality control and strict regulations. The processes are operated by
experienced engineers and management.
